Stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In a different bowl, mix the butter, peanut butter, both sugars and egg.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients. Mix until incorporated.
Fold in the caramel chips and candy corn.
Drop the cookie batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave about 1-2 inches between each one.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
