Bread Instructions •Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. •Make certain to grease your loaf pan. •Grab a large bowl, and combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. •Next, use a different bowl and mix together orange juice, egg, water, butter, and orange zest. •Once that is done, take and stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until mixed. •Carefully fold in the blueberries. •Once you've done that, take and pour into your greased pan. •Put in the oven and bake on the center rack for about 1-hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. •Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and place on a cooling rack to finish cooling.
Orange Icing Glaze Instructions •To make the glaze, take and mix the orange juice with the powdered sugar until combined. Be aware that this glaze is thin and is meant to drizzle on top. If you feel that it's too thick after making, just add in some orange juice to thin. •Once done, take and drizzle over your cooled cake. Let it cool down before slicing.
