Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk the melted butter, syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the almonds, oats, seeds, dates, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until the dry ingredients are coated lightly with the wet mixture.
Fold in the blueberries carefully. Put the mixture on the baking pan. Spread out the granola in a thin layer.
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take out and then stir. Put back in the oven and back for another 10 minutes. Stir again.
You can put it back in for 5 more minutes if needed but the oats should be golden brown. Don't overcook.
