Ingredients

of frozen blueberries

Instructions
Cooking option #1:
Put the blueberries, 1/3 cup of sugar, and the zest in a pan. Heat until the sugar is dissolved all the way.
Put the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add in the cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and lemon juice.
Blend.
You can add 2-3 T of milk if it's too chunky.
Put in 1/3 cup of blueberries and fold gently.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the mold, and then pour the blueberry mixture in.
You can also use piping bags to do to make those layers.
Use a knife to swirl it around and add popsicle sticks.
Put in the freezer for 8 hours.
Cooking Option #2:
Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the molds and freeze for 8 hours.
