Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well.
Add the cream cheese and butter to a mixer and beat until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
Add the eggs, banana, and vanilla and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients and beat until just combined
Pour the mixture into a prepared pan.
