3-ounce bar unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped into pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add muffin liners to your muffin tin.
Mix the almond butter, bananas, syrup, egg, and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until it is fairly smooth.
Add the coconut flour, salt, and baking soda and stir. Fold in the chocolate evenly.
Add the batter to the muffin cups and then cook for 18-20 minutes. A toothpick inserted should could out clean when they are done baking.
Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool for 10-15 minutes.
