Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a square or circle large enough to wrap the Brie completely.
Unwrap the wheel of Brie. Place it in the center of the rolled-out puff pastry.
Spread the fig jam on top of the Brie.
Arrange half of the sliced fresh figs on top of the fig jam.
Gently fold the puff pastry over the Brie, covering it completely. Pinch the pastry to seal it well.
In a small bowl, beat the egg. Brush the top and sides of the puff pastry with the egg wash.
Transfer the prepared Brie onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the Brie is melted and gooey.
After baking, remove the Baked Brie from the oven. Sprinkle the chopped pecans, finely chopped rosemary, and a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top of the warm Brie.
Drizzle honey over the warm Baked Brie.
Place the Baked Brie on a serving platter. Garnish with additional fresh fig slices. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or sliced fruit.
Enjoy your delicious Baked Brie with the delightful combination of flavors from fig jam, pecans, fresh figs, rosemary, and honey!
