In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, half of the chopped jalapenos, half of the pecans, cheddar cheese, half of the bacon, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce until thoroughly blended.
Mix the remaining jalapenos, pecans, and bacon. Set aside.
Using plastic wrap, shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Transfer to a serving plate. Press the remaining jalapeno mixture into the sides.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Notes
Make sure your cream cheese has softened before starting this recipe. It may take about an hour for this to happen.Don't use pre-shredded cheese as it won't combine well with the other ingredients to make the cheese ball. Make sure you shred the cheese yourself.
