3poundspotatoespeeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ½Cup(s)mayonnaise
1packet ranch seasoning
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
6strips baconcooked and chopped
1Cup(s)shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1.Clean, peel, and cut the potatoes then place them in a steam basket and steam them until tender. Once done, take and emove from the basket and transfer them to a bowl. Season them with salt and pepper and place them in the fridge to cool for a minimum of 30 minutes. 2.Grab a small bowl and mix the mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Then, take and pour the mixture over cooled potatoes. Stir. 3.One that is done, take and add the cheddar cheese and bacon. Stir. 4.After that, put the potato salad into the fridge to chill for at least an hour before eating.
