Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ Cup(s) chocolate chips
- ½ Cup(s) mint baking chips I used Andes Crème de Menthe baking chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs and mix together.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mint baking chips.
- Scoop dough in about 1 tablespoon size scoops and place onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake cookies for 12 to 14 minutes, or until firm on the edges.
- Cool on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes, then place on a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
