2eggs
⅔Cup(s)granulated golden monk fruitor raw sugar if desired
⅓Cup(s)melted butter
⅓Cup(s)dark chocolate chips
1tspvanilla extract
1tspbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add parchment paper to the baking sheet.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the melted butter, sweetener, vanilla, and baking powder. Whisk.
Add the almond flour and stir until combined well.
Fold in the marshmallows and the chocolate chips. Stir gently.
Scoop out the dough using a cookie scoop and place the scoop on the baking sheet. Space the cookies 2 inches apart.
Put the cookies in the oven and bake for 12 minutes. Take the cookies out, add the chunks of chocolate and marshmallows on top, and then bake for five more minutes. The edges will be golden, but the center will be soft. Don't overcook if you want a chewy cookie.
