Sparkling grape juice or club soda
Instructions
Make a simply syrup by mixing the water and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the mint leaves and stir.
Simmer, stirring frequently, until the honey dissolves.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and strain. Get rid of the mint leaves.
Add the peeled grapefruit into the blender and blend for 1 minute, until liquified.
Fill the glasses 1/3 full with the grapefruit puree, drizzle the honey syrup, and then top with the sparking soda.
