Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees. Put aluminum foil in the air fryer.
Mix the ground chuck, chopped onion, flour, cheese, eggs, 1/2 of the can of tomato sauce, 1 T of the dijon mustard, 1 T of the worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Mix and make into the shape of a loaf.
Cook for 25 minutes in the air fryer. Check the internal temp to be 160 degrees.
Mix the rest of the tomato sauce, dijon mustard, and worcestershire sauce and brush on top of the meatloaf once it's almost done. Then let it cook for another 5 minutes for the internal temp to reach 165 degrees.
