Valentine’s Day Cake Mix Fudge

This Valentine’s Day Cake Mix Fudge combines boxed cake mix, butter, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and a ton of sprinkles.

Easy to make and even easier to eat, you will be making this a go to candy recipe for years to come!

I think this recipe is so pretty – perfect for Valentine’s Day. But, since it is a neutral color, you could actually use this same base for any holiday. Just add the appropriate sprinkles and you are covered!

If you prefer pink fudge for Valentine’s Day fudge, you can use a bit of food coloring. I prefer this food gel as it retains its color better, without having to use LOADS of it.

Ingredients – French vanilla cake mix powder – Sweetened condensed milk – Unsalted sweet cream butter – White chocolate chips – Pure vanilla extract

Instructions 1. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with pam cooking spray

2. Using a medium sauce pan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, butter, white chocolate chips over medium heat. 3. Gradually stir until mixture is melted.

4. Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the cake mix and vanilla until combined. 5. Fold in 1/4 C of the sprinkles

6. Scoop the fudge out of the pot and into the baking dish and top with remaining sprinkles

7. Place the baking dish in the fridge over night before cutting into 1 inch squares. Enjoy!
