How to Make Unicorn Cheesecake Pops

Cut the cheesecake into 6 slices.

Put a popsicle stick on the thicker part bottom area in the middle of the cheesecake slice. Don't let it poke through the sides.

Grab a microwave-safe bowl and melt the candy melts according to the package directions. If you need to add a bit of coconut oil to make it smooth, you can.

Take one of the cheesecake slices on a stick and hold it over the bowl of melted candy melts.

Put the cheesecake on the parchment paper and cover it with sprinkles. Repeat with all slices. Let harden for about 1 hour.
