These Easy Unicorn Cheesecake Pops are delicious, easy, and so much fun to make! If you’ve ever wanted to enjoy cheesecake on a stick, now is your chance!
All you need is a few simple ingredients to get started and you’ll have a perfect cheesecake slice that you can hold, walk with, and eat!
Ingredients
– Small Cheesecake – White Chocolate Candy Melts/White Chocolate Chips – Unicorn Sprinkles/Rainbow sprinkles – Popsicles Sticks
Put a popsicle stick on the thicker part bottom area in the middle of the cheesecake slice. Don't let it poke through the sides.
Grab a microwave-safe bowl and melt the candy melts according to the package directions. If you need to add a bit of coconut oil to make it smooth, you can.
Take one of the cheesecake slices on a stick and hold it over the bowl of melted candy melts.
Put the cheesecake on the parchment paper and cover it with sprinkles. Repeat with all slices. Let harden for about 1 hour.
