– butter snaps – unsalted butter – dijon mustard – dried mustard

Preheat the pellet smoker to 250 degrees.

How to Make Smoked Mustard Pretzels

Put the butter into a microwave-safe bowl and melt it for 1 minute on high.

Add the dried mustard and Dijon mustard into the bowl and whisk.

Add the pretzels and fold them until coated. Sprinkle the pretzels with the dried mustard and fold until coated evenly.

Spread the pretzels on a baking sheet and then place in the smoker. Smoke for 30 minutes and then remove and let them rest.
