Easy Pepperoni and Cheese Dip

Making this pepperoni pizza dip is definitely easy. But there are a few things you’re going to want to keep in mind, to make sure you get that pizza-like crust on top and gooey-delicious center.

There’s no tomato sauce in this recipe, because it’s not like you’re creating a pizza here, just a dip. So, no need to spread pizza sauce on a crust. Unless you want to. But that’s up to you.

Ingredients – Cream cheese, softened – Italian seasoning – Garlic powder – Mozzarella cheese, separated – Mini pepperoni

Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

2. Combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and one cup of the mozzarella cheese.

3. Add in half of the mini pepperoni and fold-in. 4. Place the dip into the prepared baking dish.

5. Top the dip mixture with the remaining mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices.

6. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and the edges browned.
