Easy Blackberry and Peach Upside Down Cake

This golden brown Easy Blackberry and Peach Upside Down Cake is one of my favorites. The combination of these two fruits creates an epic and amazing flavor.

I’ve always been a fan of upside-down cakes, but the blackberry and the peach take it totally over the top.

INGREDIENTS

- butter - brown sugar - fresh blackberries - peaches - milk - eggs

STEP 1

Start by taking a 12-inch iron skillet and melting 1½ stick of butter.

STEP 2

Next, add in the brown sugar, stirring constantly until it starts to bubble and is well-combined.

STEP 3

Next, put the blackberries and peaches over the brown sugar mixture in your skillet or pan. Set aside.

STEP 4

Start by blending together the flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar. Once done, set aside.

STEP 5

Next, you're going to mix in 1½ sticks butter on medium speed until it's nice and fluffy.
