This is a great spice that you can add to meats, soups, salads, and more. I find myself sprinkling a bit of it in everything just to get that flavor and taste.

Can you eat peppercorns whole? No, you need a spice grinder to grind them up. They’ll literally break your tooth if you try and chew on them!

Ingredients – Fennel seeds – Star Anise – Cloves – Cinnamon stick – Szechuan peppercorns

Instructions 1. Place all ingredients in a smoother blender with a fine-grain blade or a coffee bean grinder.

2. Puree until smooth.

3. Store in an airtight mason jar for up to one year.
