Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the sugars and butter well, and then add the vanilla, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until smooth.

Mix in the baking soda, baking powder, and flour. Spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray. Pour half of the batter into the bundt cake pan.

Pat down the center, making a dent to add the filling. Mix the filling ingredients and then pour into the indented batter.

Top with 1/2 of the blueberries. Add the rest of the batter on the top, press it down, and spread it out evenly.
