Super Tender Italian Beef Hoagies Recipe

This Italian Beef Hoagies Recipe is one of my favorite Italian beef sandwiches. It’s loaded with flavor and easy to shred with two forks. Add in some Italian seasoning and you’ve got yourself quite a meal!

Ingredients Bread Roll Ingredients – ⦁ Bread Flour – ⦁ Salt – ⦁ Warm water – ⦁ Dry yeast – ⦁ Vegetable oil

Instructions How to Make Hoagie Rolls Add salt, yeast, and flour to the bowl and mix with a mixer. In a different bowl, whisk together oil, egg, sugar, and water until the sugar dissolves.

Using a hook mixer on low, add the liquid to the dry and combine. This will form the dough. You can increase speed slowly as it starts to form.

Put the dough onto a lightly floured area or surface and knead. This should make it a smooth ball.

Put the dough in a bowl that is greased, turning once to have some grease on the top area. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until it's doubled in size.

Spray two different baking sheets with cooking spray and put the rolls of dough on them. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise about 40 minutes or so.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and after the dough has risen, cut a slash in the middle. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

How To Make Italian Shredded Beef Add the broth, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, parsley, onion, garlic powder, bay leaf, and Italian seasoning dressing mix to a bowl and mix.

Add the roast to the crock pot. Put the liquid mixture over the top. Add in pepperoncini peppers and the liquid.

Cover and cook on low for 10 hours. Once done, remove the bay leaf and shred it. Serve on the baked hoagie rolls!
