This easy baked apples recipe is a delicious way to fill your tummy full of apple slices and cinnamon. The combination is a great way to treat the tastebuds.
INGREDIENTS
- unsalted butter - large apples - ground cinnamon - pure maple syrup - almond flour
STEP 1
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and greasing a small baking dish.
STEP 2
Next, take the apples and toss them with cinnamon and about a tablespoon of the maple syrup.
STEP 3
Once done, take and pour into the baking dish. Spread it into a layer that is even.
STEP 4
In a smaller bowl and mix together the melted butter, almond flour, and the rest of the maple syrup.
STEP 5
Stir and then spread over the apples. Put the baking dish in the oven. Cook until the top is golden brown and the apples are feeling tender.
