5-Ingredient Broccoli Cheese Soup

There is nothing like a delicious & hearty soup recipe to warm you from the inside-out during a cold winter day, and this Cheesy Broccoli Soup definitely fits the bill! The flavor and taste of this broccoli cheese soup with evaporated milk is such a great meal!

It works equally well as a quick stovetop meal or crockpot recipes, depending on what works best for you and your family. With a prep time of fewer than 15 minutes, it’s such a simple soup recipe to make!

Ingredients – Cheddar cheese shredded – Evaporated milk – Chicken stock – Broccoli chopped – Onion chopped

Instructions 1. Add a tablespoon of chicken stock and the diced onion to a stockpot. 2. Heat over medium heat until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the broccoli florets and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. 4. Pour in the milk and remaining chicken stock.

5. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Sprinkle in cheese and heat until the cheese is mostly melted. 6. Serve.
