Easy Red Velvet Fudge Recipe

This Easy Red Velvet Fudge recipe is the perfect way to make chocolate fudge! If you love a creamy texture that melts in your mouth, this is the best fudge recipe, ever!

This chocolate fudge recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day or anytime that you’re craving a sweet treat. Once you cut the fudge, it’s ready to savor and enjoy! The moment that you remove it from the microwave, it’s almost time to snack on it.

How do you store fudge? I always remove the fudge pieces from my square pan and store them in the fridge in an airtight container. I prefer fudge to be chilled as it just has a cooler texture that literally melts in your mouth. You can store it in an airtight container with a lid and keep it at room temperature, too. It’s totally up to your preference.

Ingredients – White chocolate chips – Milk chocolate chips – Sweetened condensed milk (14-ounce) – Red food coloring

Instructions Line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper or wax paper and grease with butter.

Add 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips plus the milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Stir, then repeat in 15-second spurts. Stir between each one. Do this until melted.

Add in the red food coloring. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
