Add parchment paper to a baking sheet. Spread the dry cake mix thinly over the paper.
Put the baking sheet in the oven for 6 minutes.
This is done to treat the cake mix. Once the time has passed, let it cool and then add it to a mixing bowl for later.
In a different bowl, add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and cream cheese.
Mix with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the red velvet cake mixture and mix it all together well for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add 1 tablespoon of heaving whipping cream. Mix for about 2 minutes. If it's too thick, you can add another tablespoon of heavy whipping cream and stir.
Add to a serving bowl.
Grab the charcuterie board and lay the chocolate bars in a straight line on 1 side of the bowl and lay the cookie and cream bars in a straight line on the other side.
Grab a handful of pretzels and put them diagonally from the bowl. Repeat with the opposite side.
Break up some of the graham crackers into single pieces and keep some doubled. Place them in the two empty diagonal spaces on the board.
After that, add the fresh strawberries. Place them in the gaps on the board.
If you have other empty spots on the board, add chocolate.
Notes
If you have leftover dip, place it in an airtight container and keep it stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. To eat, let it come to room temperature and enjoy.
