Instructions
Mix the condensed milk and whipping cream in a bowl with a mixer. Make soft peaks.
Soop the mixture into 4 bowls. Put in one food gel coloring into each bowl. Mix.
Dollop the mixed colors into a loaf pan and make swirls using a knife. Put into the freezer overnight to harden up.
