Put a bag of the white candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat according to the package directions.
Dip each lollipop stick into the cream of the Oreo cookie. If the cookie cracks apart, just push it back together.
Put the lollipop sticks against the side of the bowl and then spoon the melted white chocolate over the cookie. Flip and repeat. Turn the Oreos sideways and let the candy melt, cover, and drip back into the bowl. If any air bubbles form, pop them with a clean toothpick.
Place the coated cookies onto the wax-lined baking sheet. Add sprinkles asap.
Let the cookers set at room temperature until they are firm. You can put them in the fridge for quicker results.
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
