1poundbag of frozen cheese tortellini
A handful of sun dried tomatoes thinly sliced
ΒΌCup(s)of balsamic vinegar
1tablespoonpesto
Instructions
Cook the cheese tortellini according to the directions on the bag. Once the tortellini is cooked, add the sun dried tomatoes, pesto and balsamic vinegar. Mix all of the ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
