Instructions
With a hand mixer, soften the cream cheese.
Add basil and mozzarella cheese, then mix well.
Fold-in the sun-dried tomatoes
Using two pieces of plastic wrap layered in a clean bowl, place the mixture into the plastic wrap, then gently shape the mixture into a ball shape.
Gently unwrap the ball and place it on a plate or serving platter, then cover the exposed exterior of the cheese ball in the bread crumbs.
Serve immediately or chill, if desired.
