- 8 Cup(s) popped popcorn no butter added
- 2 Cup(s) Golden grahams cereal
- 2 Cup(s) mini marshmallows
- 1 Cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ Cup(s) mini chocolate chips
- 2 1.55 oz chocolate bars
Instructions
- Add parchment paper to a bkaing sheet and spread the popped popcorn onto it.
- Add the cereal evenly and 1 1/2 cups of the mini marshmallows.
- Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir, then head for 10-20 second intervals until smooth and melted.
- Put the melted chocolate into a plastic squeeze bottle. (this can be optional)
- Drizzle the popcorn with the melted chocolate, then sprinkle the rest of the marshmallows and mini chocolate chips.
- Let it set for 15 minutes or until the chocolate has firmed.
- Break into small pieces and serve.
