1 box white cake mix prepared
48 shamrock marshmallows you can use Lucky Charms marshmallows
1 container of white icing
Green gel food coloring
24 chocolate coins

Instructions

Make the cake mix according to the box directions. Add cupcake liners to a cupcake pan, and then fill 2/3 full with the cupcake batter.
Add a shamrock marshmallow on top of the batter, and then bake per the directions on the box.
Let the cupcakes cool, and then make the icing by mixing the food coloring with the icing—pipe on the top of each cupcake.
Add a chocolate coin and marshmallow on top.
