• 3/4 pound of clear suspension melt and pour soap cut into cubes
• 2 teaspoons banana scented oil
• Blue mica soap dye
• 1 tablespoon blue cosmetic glitter
• 2 teaspoons white cosmetic glitter
• 1 cup whipped soap base
• 2 tablespoons liquid vegetable glycerin
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
Start by adding 1/2 pound of the melt and pour soap into a measuring cup. Melt it in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted.
Next, take and mix in the banana scented oil, blue cosmetic glitter, and blue mica.
Don't forget to spray the bottom of the soap mold with rubbing alcohol. This helps to prevent bubbles on the bottom. Once sprayed pour the soap mixture into the mold.
Then spray the top with rubbing alcohol as well.
All to harden for a minimum of 3 hours until firm.
Remove gently.
Add whipped soap base and the glycerin to a bowl and mix for 1 minute.
Fold in the cornstarch mixture and add in the rest of the 1/4 cup melted clear soap to the mixture. Mix together for 1 minute. Add white glitter and beat until peaks form that is stiff. Like a meringue. If you feel that it's not stiff, add in more cornstarch.
Put the frosting into your piping bag. Spray the soaps with rubbing alcohol and pipe on the frosting.
Work quickly as the frosting hardens very quickly. Put on the rubber ducks. So cute!
