Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add oil to an 8-9 inch cast iron skillet.
Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions. Once cooked, drained but do not rinse.
Put the pasta back into the saucepan and add the whipping cream, 2 cups of cheese, salt & pepper.
Stir that mixture over medium heat until the cheese is fully melted.
Pour the cheese noodles into the cast-iron skillet.
Spread the tomato sauce over the center of the mac and cheese, then top with 1 cup of cheese and pepperoni slices.
Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes to melt the cheese.
