Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Spread the popcorn in an even layer on the cookie sheet.
Melt the chocolate in 25 second bursts in the microwave, stirring between each reheating until completely melted.
Drizzle the melted chocolate on the popcorn.
Repeat with the peppermint chips and then sprinkle on the broken peppermint candies while the chocolate is still wet.
Let set/dry for up to 1 hour before serving or packaging.
