Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13X9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the butter, brown sugar, and sugar into a bowl and mix until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time. Then beat in the vanilla.
Add the baking powder, flour, salt, and cornstarch in a different mixing bowl and whisk.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry until combined well.
Fold in the sprinkles and chopped cookies.
Spread the batter evenly in the baking pan. Top with the rest of the sprinkles and cookies.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool before cutting.
