½Cup(s)of sugar
1 ½tspvanilla
¼Cup(s)of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Topping Ingredients
¼Cup(s)of white chocolate chips
4– 5 crushed Oreos
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray your 8X8 baking pan with spray or line with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a small pan on the stove. Stir the whole time. After it has melted, take off the stove and let it sit for 10 minutes to cool down.
In a small bowl, combine the cocoa, flour, and salt. Set it aside.
Add the sugar to the chocolate that is melted. Stir in one egg at a time and whisk. Add the vanilla after that and whisk.
Pur the dry ingredients into the mixture and stir. Add this batter to your baking pan.
Put 16 Oreos on the top of the brownie layer.
Make the cheesecake layer by whisking together the sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Once combined, spoon it onto the Oreo layer. Make sure that you don't add to the edges so that it doesn't seep and burn.
Put the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips on top. Put in the oven for 40-45 minutes to bake.
Once done, take it out of the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for 1 - 1.5 hours. Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours after that to finish.
