Instructions
Add the whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk into a bowl and stir. Scoop 1/2 of that mixture into another bowl.
Add the pink gel coloring to one bowl and the purple to the other.
Stir.
Scoop one cup at a time into a loaf pan, alternating colors. Do this into all is used.
Put in the freezer overnight for hard ice cream or 4-6 hours for softer ice cream.
To make homemade whipping cream, mix the powdered sugar and the heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
