Instructions
Add the whipped cream, vanilla, malted milk powder, and sweetened condensed milk to a bowl. Stir until combined well.
Scoop the mixture into a loaf pan.
Put the pan in the freezer overnight for hard ice cream or for 4-6 hours for softer ice cream.
Homemade Whipped Cream Directions:
Add the powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream into a bowl and mix with a mixer. Stiff peaks should form once done.
