you will need about 4 cups of oil, but the amount may vary depending on the size of pan. You want 3-4 inches of oil to be able to fry.
Instructions
Put a cooling rack over a baking sheet. Set aside.
Put the oil into a Dutch oven and turn on medium heat. Use a candy thermometer to ensure that you bring the oil to a temperature of 350 degrees.
Cut out the middle of each biscuit and then stretch the dough to make a bigger hole.
Once the oil is hot, fry each donut individually for 1 minute per side. They should be golden brown.
Set each cooked donut on the cooking rack.
To make the glaze, sift the powdered sugar into a bowl and then whisk in the vanilla and milk.
Add one drop of blue, green, and purple to separate areas of the glaze, then take a knife and swirl the colors together. This makes it look marbled.
Dip the cooked donut into the glaze, then set it back on the cooling rack. Add sprinkles.
Let the glaze set for about 30 minutes.
