Cut soaps into cubes. Each cube is approx. .8 ounce. Add 9 cubes of goats milk soap base to each of two measuring cups and 6 cubes of the clear melt and pour soap base into the other measuring cup.
Melt the goats milk soap in the first measuring cup in the microwave, doing so in 30 second bursts until the cubes are completely melted. Add sandalwood essential oil.
Add teal soap colorant. Start with 1-2 drops and mix and repeat until the desired color is achieved.
Spray your soap mold with the rubbing alcohol. Carefully pour an even amount of the teal soap mixture into each cavity. We did 1/4 cup per cavity. Spray top of mixture with rubbing alcohol. This removes any air bubbles from the soap surface.
Melt the clear soap in the second measuring cup in the microwave, doing so in 30 second bursts until the cubes are completely melted. Add sandalwood essential oil.
Add black soap colorant. Start with 1-2 drops and mix and repeat until the desired depth of color is achieved. Spray your teal soap layer with the rubbing alcohol. This helps each layer adhere to one another.
Carefully pour an even amount of the black soap mixture into each cavity. We did 1.5 tablespoons per cavity. Spray top of black soap mixture with rubbing alcohol. This removes any air bubbles from the soap surface.
Add a few drops of the teal soap colorant to the Epsom salts. You can do black if you prefer. We just liked the look of the teal. Mix in well. Do not add too much colorant or the mixture will get too wet.
Melt the goats milk soap in the last measuring cup in the microwave, doing so in 30 second bursts until the cubes are completely melted. Add sandalwood essential oil. Spray your black soap layer with the rubbing alcohol. This helps each layer adhere to one another. Carefully pour the white soap mixture into each cavity, stopping about 1-4 inch from the top. Spray top of mixture with rubbing alcohol. This removes any air bubbles from the soap surface.
Allow mixture to cool/harden for about 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle the colored Epsom salts onto the soap. Allow soaps to harden overnight. Gently release soaps from the mold and store in an airtight container until ready for use.
