Instructions
Put the water and honey into a small pan over medium heat. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Take off the heat and let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes. Once cooled, pour it into a pitcher.
Add the fresh lemon juice, fresh herbs, ginger, and lemon slices.
Pour over sparkling water in glasses with ice.
