5-poundwhole chickenmake certain that it's thawed and that the gizzard packs removed

Instructions
Take out anything that might be on the inside of the chicken. Then put the chicken on the trivet with handles and put it into the Instant Pot. Add in 1 cup of water.
Next, put the seasonings all over the chicken. You can use a brush to spread them out evenly.
Once done, close the lid and turn the pressure valve to sealing.
Set it for manual high with a time of 30 minutes (calculated at 6 minutes per pound).
Make certain that you allow 15 minutes of natural pressure release after the cooking time has passed. Once that happens, you can release the remaining pressure.
