Instant Pot Tilapia Lime Tacos

Ingredients
· 1-pound frozen tilapia
· 2 T taco seasoning
· 1 cup of mayonnaise
· 1 T of minced garlic
· 1 T lemon juice
· 1 T lemon zest
· salt and pepper
Instructions
Put the tilapia fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil. Cover with taco seasoning. Seal the foil on all sides.
Put 1 1/2 cups of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Put your trivet in the Instant Pot and put the covered fillets on top of the trivet.
Close the lid and seal shut.
Put the Instant Pot on high pressure for 18 minutes.
To make the sauce, mix the mayo, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice, and a bit of salt and pepper. Put in fridge until ready to use.
After the time is up on the Instant Pot, do a quick release.
Shred the tilapia and put on your favorite shell. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings.
