- 2 Pound(s) of ground up sausage
- 1 Pound(s) of ground beef
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 1 15 ½ ounce can of tomato sauce
- 1 14 ounce can of diced tomatoes
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- Tomato paste optional
Instructions
- Turn the Instant Pot to saute mode. Add the ground beef, onion, and sausage. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked all the way. Drain the excess grease.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and close the lid. Turn the pressure valve to sealing.
- Put on manual high-pressure for 12 minutes. Allow for a quick release at the end of when it's done cooking.
