1Pound(s)ground beef
½white onionchopped
215 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
115 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
128 ounce can diced tomatoes
2-3Cup(s)beef broth
1 ½tablespoonschili powder
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncumin
¼teaspoonpaprika
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
⅛teaspoonred pepper flakes
Instructions
Turn Instant Pot onto saute mode and ground beef and onion to the pot. Cook until ground beef is browned.
Combine remaining ingredients to Instant Pot inner pot.
Close the instant pot lid and turn pressure valve to seal. Cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes.
Allow for a quick pressure.
