Chicken Breasts
about 3-4 ounces each

Buffalo-style Hot Sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut several slits about 1/2 inch apart on the top of the chicken breasts. Cut halfway through the chicken, but not all the way through.
Add the cream cheese to each slit. (about 1/2 T in each one)
Season the chicken with the Ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Put the chicken in the 9X13" casserole dish. Pour the buffalo sauce over the top.
Put the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 165 degrees.
Take the dish out of the oven and top with the bacon bits and shredded cheese.
Put the chicken back into the oven and bake until the cheese melts. (about 5 minutes)
