Instructions
Mix the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the food coloring and stir.
In a different bowl, add the drained and defrosted spinach and the RoTel.
Pour the sour cream mixture on top and mix.
