Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach this will be about 1 cup when it is defrosted and drained
- 10 ounce can RoTel
- 2 Cup(s) sour cream
- 1 Cup(s) mayonnaise
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 drops Green Food Coloring
Instructions
- Mix the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the food coloring and stir.
- In a different bowl, add the drained and defrosted spinach and the RoTel.
- Pour the sour cream mixture on top and mix.
- Serve.
Notes
Squeeze the thawed spinach dry in a clean towel and drain the RoTel before mixing, or the dip gets watery. It can be made the night before; keep it covered in the fridge and stir before serving.
