1packround crackers
½poundsliced salami
1packsliced and rolled proscuitto and mozzarella cheese
4ouncescheddar cheese slices
4ouncespepper jack cheese slices
1bagchocolate covered pretzels
4-6Pirouette cookies
1packRocher Chocolates
1packBiscotti Salted Caramel Cookies
pull and peel Twizzlers
raspberries
blackberries
edible gold sprinkles
Instructions
Clean and dry all the fruit.
Pull apart the pull and peel Twizzlers
To make the cookie diplomas, lay a Pirouette cookie on top of 1 string of the Twizzler, then make a loop on both ends of the licorice. Tie the loops together and pull so that it is tight around each cookie.
To make the salami rose, grab two slices of salami. Fold each slice in half twice, and then slide one end of the folded slice into the other, creating the flower. Press the slices together so that they stick better.
Put the green grapes in one corner of the board and the black grapes in the other.
Place the round crackers in the middle of the board. Lay them to make a big circle.
Add the chocolate covered pretzels in between the grapes at the top of the board and sprinkle the edible gold glitter on the pretzels.
Put the folded salami flowers around the upper half of the crackers and then layer your cheese slices around the salami starting with the paper jack.
Put the prosciutto and mozzarella rolls on the outside of the cheese on both sides of the board.
Put the pirouette cookie diplomas diagonally under the prosciutto rolls.
Put the Biscotti cookies under the cookie diplomas at the bottom of the board.
Line the Rocher chocolates at and around the base of the crackers.
Put the raspberries and blackberries in the the gaps.
You can add more gold sprinkles and an Acrylic sign that says Congratulations - but this is optional.
