Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease two mini donut pans. Or preheat your mini-donut maker.
Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a second bowl, combine sour cream, melted butter, milk, brown sugar, molasses, and egg.
Whisk together wet ingredients and dry ingredients.
Place batter into donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
Make the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until the mixture is smooth.
Dip each donut about halfway into the glaze, then return to the wire rack to harden while you immediately top with red and green sprinkles.
