Melt the colored candy coating according to the directions on the package. Add one teaspoon of coconut oil per bag to thin it out once it's melted. (only if needed)
Dip each Oreo into the melted candy, then remove it. Tap any excess coating to remove. If any air bubbles form, use a clean toothpick to pop them.
Place the coated cookie on the waxed paper and let the cookie garden completely. You can place them in the fridge or freezer in a single layer to harden quicker if needed.
Put the melted coating into a piping bag and add solid lines of the alternate color on top of the coated Oreo cookies.
Let the cookies set at room temperature to harden, or again in the fridge for a quicker set.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
